Good to know
Requests involving specifically generated vocals, instrumentation, arrangements, or production elements may require a new song generation and may not be possible due to the nature of the production process. Additional revisions beyond those included may be available for an additional fee.

Can I choose the genre or style of the tribute song?
Yes. We work with your genre preferences for optimal customization.
What happens after I submit the form?
After you submit your request, we will review it and reach out to schedule a complimentary 10 minute consultation call. During the call, we will confirm details, answer questions, and discuss next steps. Full payment is required before we can begin your order. Once payment is received and processed, we begin creating your tribute and turnaround time starts.
How do I share the song at the funeral or memorial service?
Your finished tribute is delivered as a high quality MP3, and WAV for select packages. You can play it directly from a phone, tablet, or laptop, or ask your funeral director, DJ, or A/V team to add it to the service playlist. The Legacy Tribute Experience also includes a lyric video and social media version for easy sharing.
Who receives the final tribute files?
All final tributes are provided to a maximum of two designated recipients. The funeral home or mortuary handling the service may receive a separate copy for use during the ceremony, and is not counted toward this limit.
What is your revision policy?
Each package includes a set number of revisions for lyric changes, content modifications, or creating a new version of the song. Additional revisions beyond those included may be available for an additional fee. Some production elements may not be changeable due to the nature of AI assisted music generation.
Do you offer refunds?
Because each tribute is custom created and personalized, all sales are final once production has begun. If you have concerns before work starts, please contact us promptly at infinatemelodies@gmail.com and we will do our best to address them.
Are there any restrictions on what can be included in a tribute?
We do not create tributes that include profanity, derogatory language, or any verbiage that is disrespectful, hateful, or harmful. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not align with our values of compassion, dignity, and honoring life with respect.
