About our services
InfiNate Melodies, a DBA of NATY Global Media & Enterprises LLC, creates personalized memorial tribute songs based on the information and direction you provide. Our packages and pricing are described on the home page and may be updated from time to time.
Consultation, payment, and turnaround
After you submit an inquiry, we will contact you to schedule a complimentary 10 minute consultation call. Once details are confirmed, we will send an invoice by email or text message. Full payment is required before we can begin your order. Turnaround time begins only after payment has been received and processed. A 24 hour rush option may be available for an additional fee when our schedule allows.
Revisions
Each package includes a specific number of revisions, as described on the home page. Revisions cover reasonable adjustments to the lyrics or production based on your original request. They do not include entirely new concepts, new stories, or changes that fall outside the scope of the originally agreed tribute.
Refunds
Because each tribute is custom made, all sales are final once production has begun. If you need to cancel before production starts, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Content and conduct
You agree to provide accurate information and to only share content and names you have the right to use. We do not create tributes that include profanity, derogatory language, hate speech, or disrespectful verbiage. We reserve the right to decline any request that violates this standard.
Intellectual property
InfiNate Melodies retains ownership of the composition, production, and underlying rights in each tribute song. When you purchase a package, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the finished song for memorial services, private sharing, and keepsake purposes. If you need a commercial or distribution license, please ask us before ordering.
Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By submitting an inquiry, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfiNate Melodies and NATY Global Media & Enterprises LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NATY Global Media & Enterprises LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
